We Rehearse every Tuesday evening in term time from 7.45pm to 9.45pm.

There are usually arround 10 rehearsals per term and rehearsals cost £4 each. If you’re joining us for the first time, it’s free.

Typically, a rehearsal starts with a warm-up before we start practising songs. Depending on the choir leader, the warm-up time varies! After that, we rehearse songs which we will be performing at the end of term. We usually use sheet music with words – but you don’t have to be able to read music. It’s not all hard work though; we stop for a hot drink, a biscuit or three and a catch up halfway through. We usually have a rota for making drinks and bringing in the biscuits!

Rehearsals take place at the St Giles’ Centre, directly opposite St Giles’ Church in Camberwell Church Street.

The Centre is about 5-10 minutes’ walk from Camberwell Green (bus interchange) and 10 minutes’ walk from Denmark Hill Station (national rail and London overground).
