Artwork unveiling at Burgess Park

Theatre Deli – The Old Library, 39 Wells Way, London, SE5 0PX. 15 mins walk from St Giles’. St George’s Way Bus Stop (Stop X) is outside on routes 136 & 343.

As part of the commemorations of the Zeppelin bombing raid on Camberwell in World War I, we’ll be singing at the unveiling of artist Sally Hogarth’s new artwork memorial called ‘Silent Raid’. It’s been commissioned by Southwark Council and has been a year in the making. The event starts at 2pm and we’ll be singing at 2.30pm. Dress is smart casual and music TBC.


Wednesday 7th November – 6.30pm to 8pm.

Music & Stories for a past century

St Giles’ Church, Camberwell.

As part of the commemorations for the centenary of the end of World War I, we’ll be singing at this special event which looks at life in Camberwell before, during and immediately after the events of World War I. We’ll be singing period songs and Camberwell’s 23rd Scout Group and Lyndhurst Primary School will be taking part. Dress is smart casual and music will include Arthur Sullivan’s ‘The long day closes’.

‘Come and sing’ Fauré’s requiem

St Giles’ Church, Camberwell.
